In this process you actually stay as tenants but agree to pay a decided amount within a pre decided period through monthly installments. As the monthly installments are only a little higher than the market standards, you do not need to alter all your plans while going to own a home.
Our work is simple and transparent. We make an agreement with you that specifies all the terms and conditions. You may even choose the tenure of the payment period and the amount that you pay as rent. Within this period you stay in your own home and can have full authority over the property. No third party inquiries or “for sale” signboards. So it is a completely confidential matter.
Within the payment period, if you feel like changing your decision, you can shift to any other location without any obligation. So, you are not bound to pay the full price. If you think, at any point of time, that you need to relocate, you can do so.
In this process, you pay a little higher amount as rent and the extra money goes towards purchase of the house. There is no need to panic; the installments are only a little higher than market standards; so it won’t alter your budget in any manner.
